During this year’s edition of the Luxembourg Internet Days, I will address the impact of the NIS Directive on organisations. What does the Directive bring to the table? Is it yet another costly legal obligation or does it help improve the general security level across the EU? I will discuss those aspects in light of my professional experience in helping organisations be compliant with a similarly requiring and themed legal framework in France, the LPM (Loi de programmation militaire).
